Updated privileges for IPMI commands
Updated privilege restrictions for below IPMI
commands as per IPMI spec.
- Get Session Info: User
- Get ACPI Power State: User
- Get Watchdog Timer: User
Tested:
Tested above commands with different privileged
users and validated.
