* Globally replace $(HOST_DIR)/usr with $(HOST_DIR)Arnout Vandecappelle2017-07-051-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | Since things are no longer installed in $(HOST_DIR)/usr, the callers should also not refer to it. This is a mechanical change with git grep -l '\$(HOST_DIR)/usr' | xargs sed -i 's%\$(HOST_DIR)/usr%$(HOST_DIR)%g' Signed-off-by: Arnout Vandecappelle (Essensium/Mind) <arnout@mind.be> Signed-off-by: Thomas Petazzoni <thomas.petazzoni@free-electrons.com>

* boot, linux, package: use SPDX short identifier for GPLv2/GPLv2+Rahul Bedarkar2017-04-011-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | We want to use SPDX identifier for license strings as much as possible. SPDX short identifier for GPLv2/GPLv2+ is GPL-2.0/GPL-2.0+. This change is done by using following command. find . -name "*.mk" | xargs sed -ri '/LICENSE( )?[\+:]?=/s/\<GPLv2\>/GPL-2.0/g' Signed-off-by: Rahul Bedarkar <rahulbedarkar89@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Thomas Petazzoni <thomas.petazzoni@free-electrons.com>
* package/upx: fix build with host gcc 6.xMartin Bark2016-07-011-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | Disable the -Werror gcc option because is causes the following error when using gcc 6.x on the host. p_vmlinx.cpp:100:5: error: this ‘if’ clause does not guard... [-Werror=misleading-indentation] if (a->p_paddr > b->p_paddr) return 1; Signed-off-by: Martin Bark <martin@barkynet.com> Signed-off-by: Thomas Petazzoni <thomas.petazzoni@free-electrons.com>
* package/upx: needs zlibYann E. MORIN2015-01-031-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | Fixes build issues like, observed on a stripped-down build system: compress.cpp:32:18: fatal error: zlib.h: No such file or directory #include <zlib.h> ^ compilation terminated. * package: add hashes for SourceForge-hosted packagesYann E. MORIN2014-12-281-0/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Since SourceForge sometimes serves us faulty tarballs, we can tons of autobuild failures: http://autobuild.buildroot.org/results/9fb/9fba5bf086a4e7a29e5f7156ec43847db7aacfc4/ http://autobuild.buildroot.org/results/6c8/6c837b244c45ac3b3a887734a371cd6d226cf216/ ... Fix that by adding hash files for all SourceForge-hosted packages (thos etht did not already have it). We normally prefer to use hashes published by upstream, but hunting them all one by one is a tedious task, so those hashes were all locally computed with a script that searched for SF-hosted packages, downloades the associated tarball, computed the hash, and stored it in the corresponding .hash file. Also, SF publishes sha1 hashes, while I used the stronger sha256, since sha1 is now considered to be relatively weak. Signed-off-by: "Yann E. * package: remove the trailing slash sign from <PKG>_SITE variableJerzy Grzegorek2014-07-311-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | Since the trailing slash is stripped from $($(PKG)_SITE) by pkg-generic.mk: $(call DOWNLOAD,$($(PKG)_SITE:/=)/$($(PKG)_SOURCE)) so it is redundant. This patch removes it from $(PKG)_SITE variable for BR consistency. * package/upx: new packageFrank Hunleth2014-05-031-0/+28
UPX is a free, portable, extendable, high-performance executable packer for several executable formats. This is needed for syslinux 6.x. Note: upx is a host-only package. Although it supports quite a few target architectures, the only use so far will be for use by syslinux, which already has an x86-on-x86 requirement anyway. So we currently do not care to have target-dependencies on host-upx.
