Now that the automated scripts that deply our website have been updated,
really move the website to its final location.
We still keep a symlink for the images, as they are used both for the
website, and for the manual.

This patch migrate the layout to a responsive web design one.
* Fixing the layout of all pages to be fully responsive
* Adding panels around "Recent commints" and "Recent discussion"
* Adding fonts for glyphs in buttons

The manual contains details about how users can contribute to
buildroot. The website also had such a list, but with much less detail and
not containing all topics.
In order to avoid duplicating this information, simply list the different
topics without detail on the website, and add a link to the relevent
chapter of the manual.

A new menu and logo for the website, also some of the contents has been
reworked.
This patch also removes files that are no longer used, like the old
stylesheet and a few pages. The content of theses pages has mostly been
merged in other pages or was redudant with the manual.
