package/*/Config.in: fix help text check-package warnings
This commit fixes the warnings reported by check-package on the help text of all package Config.in files, related to the formatting of the help text: should start with a tab, then 2 spaces, then at most 62 characters. The vast majority of warnings fixed were caused by too long lines. A few warnings were related to spaces being used instead of a tab to indent the help text. - Netcat is a featured networking utility which reads and writes data
- across network connections, using the TCP/IP protocol.
- It is designed to be a reliable "back-end" tool that can be used
- directly or easily driven by other programs and scripts. At the
- same time, it is a feature-rich network debugging and exploration
- tool, since it can create almost any kind of connection you would
- need and has several interesting built-in capabilities.
