usb: serial: cp210x: Add USB ID for Netgear Switches embedded serial adapter
This adds NetGear Managed Switch M4100 series, M5300 series, M7100 series USB ID (0846:0110) to the cp210x driver. Without this, the serial adapter is not recognized in Linux. Description was obtained from an Netgear Eng.
