dmaengine: owl: Add Slave and Cyclic mode support for Actions Semi Owl S900 SoC
Add Slave and Cyclic mode support for Actions Semi Owl S900 SoC. The slave mode supports bus width of 4 bytes common for all peripherals and 1 byte specific for UART.
