ARM: EXYNOS: Correct M-5MOLS sensor clock frequency on Universal C210 board
In order to keep the sensor's master clock frequency in valid range when FIMC parent clock is xusbxti, the specified frequency must be exactly 24MHZ, otherwise it's being set to too low value due to rounding.
