Merge branch 'for-mingo' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/paulmck/linux-rcu into core/rcu
Pull RCU updates from Paul E. McKenney:
- Documentation updates.
- Miscellaneous fixes.
- Preemptible-RCU fixes, including fixing an old bug in the
