[SCSI] iscsi: Prettify resid handling and some extra checks
- Check to see that OVERFLOW is not negative indicating
a bug.
- Unify handling of UNDERFLOW and OVERFLOW to the same
code.
- Also handle BIDI_OVERFLOW.
