[SCSI] bfa: fix comments for header files
This patch addresses the comments from Randy Dunlap (Randy.Dunlap@oracle.com) regarding comment blocks that begining with "/**". bfa driver comments currently do not follow kernel-doc convention, we hence replace all /** with /* and **/ with */.
