[media] rename drivers/media/video as .../platform
The remaining drivers are mostly platform drivers. Name the dir to reflect it. It makes sense to latter break it into a few other dirs. Signed-off-by: Mauro Carvalho Chehab <mchehab@redhat.com>

- * This driver provides an interface between platform-specific camera

- * SoCs. Later it should also be used for i.MX31 SoCs from Freescale.
- * It can handle multiple cameras and / or multiple busses, which can
- * be used, e.g., in stereo-vision applications.
