ARM: exynos: Remove static mapping of SCU SFR
Lets remove static mapping of SCU SFR mainly used in CORTEX-A9 SoC based
boards. Instead use mapping from device tree node of SCU.

node is available, removed compatibility break warning, fixed non-SMP
