This commit updates the code that creates the device tree to support
Nuvoton TPM 75x models along with the existing 65x models.

This perl script generates hdat binary files from MRW during op-build process
These binary files are for i2c devices, pcie link info and smp link info
These binary files are copied to HDAT parition in PNOR
HDAT code in HB will consume these binaries and generate the HDAT structures
Currently, these structures are hardcoded in HB
