Bus Speed Array and EEPROM Attributes in simics_NIMBUS.system.xml
Follow-up note from review of commit 30323 said that the bus speeds in this
file should be updated to exclude engine 0 ports and include the VPD SEEPROM
ports on engine 1. The engine and port values for the EEPROM attribute
entries also needed to be updated.
