separate folders.
This creates the next subfolders in the test directory:
"COFF", "ELF", "MachO", "wasm".
I've also removed platform specific prefixes, like "coff-*".
One unused binary was removed as well: `Inputs/relocs.obj.elf-mips`

There are some test that are splitted into main part + input yaml for no visible reason.
This patch inines the yaml part for the 3 test cases I found.

-t is --symbols in llvm-readobj but --section-details (unimplemented) in readelf.
The confusing option should not be used since we aim for improving
compatibility.
Keep just one llvm-readobj -t use case in test/tools/llvm-readobj/symbols.test

If a filename is a multiple of 18 characters, there will be no null-terminator.
This will result in an invalid access by the constructed StringRef. Add a test
case to exercise this and fix that handling. Address this same vulnerability in
llvm-readobj as well.
