This change makes all long style flags use `--`. Automatically changed via: ``` find test/tools/llvm-objcopy/ELF -type f \| xargs sed -i 's/ -\([a-zA-Z]\{3\}\)/ --\1/g' ``` Two false positives were manually fixed/reverted.
