* [IR] Redefine Freeze instructionaqjune2019-11-121-3/+3
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Summary: This patch redefines freeze instruction from being UnaryOperator to a subclass of UnaryInstruction. ConstantExpr freeze is removed, as discussed in the previous review. FreezeOperator is not added because there's no ConstantExpr freeze. `freeze i8* null` test is added to `test/Bindings/llvm-c/freeze.ll` as well, because the null pointer-related bug in `tools/llvm-c/echo.cpp` is now fixed. InstVisitor has visitFreeze now because freeze is not unaryop anymore. * [IR] Add Freeze instructionaqjune2019-11-051-3/+3
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Summary: - Define Instruction::Freeze, let it be UnaryOperator - Add support for freeze to LLLexer/LLParser/BitcodeReader/BitcodeWriter The format is `%x = freeze <ty> %v` - Add support for freeze instruction to llvm-c interface. - Add m_Freeze in PatternMatch. - Erase freeze when lowering IR to SelDag. | | | | | | | | The reversion apparently deleted the test/Transforms directory. Will be re-reverting again. llvm-svn: 358552

| | | | | | | | As it's causing some bot failures (and per request from kbarton). This reverts commit r358543/ab70da07286e618016e78247e4a24fcb84077fda. llvm-svn: 358546
* Implementation of asm-goto support in LLVMCraig Topper2019-02-081-3/+3
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This patch accompanies the RFC posted here: http://lists.llvm.org/pipermail/llvm-dev/2018-October/127239.html This patch adds a new CallBr IR instruction to support asm-goto inline assembly like gcc as used by the linux kernel. This instruction is both a call instruction and a terminator instruction with multiple successors. Only inline assembly usage is supported today. This also adds a new INLINEASM_BR opcode to SelectionDAG and MachineIR to represent an INLINEASM block that is also considered a terminator instruction. There will likely be more bug fixes and optimizations to follow this, but we felt it had reached a point where we would like to switch to an incremental development model. * [PR37339] Fix assertion in FunctionComparator::cmpInlineAsmwhitequark2018-05-101-0/+53
Fixes bug https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=37339. InlineAsm is only uniqued if the FunctionTypes are exactly the same, while cmpTypes() for example considers all pointer types in the default address space to be the same. For this reason the end of cmpInlineAsm() can be reached. This patch replaces the unreachable assertion with a check that the function types are not identical.
