| Summary: In LICM, CFG could be changed in splitPredecessorsOfLoopExit(), which update only DT and LoopInfo. Therefore, we should preserve only DT and LoopInfo specifically, instead of all analyses that depend on the CFG (setPreservesCFG()). This change should fix PR37323.
