* Revert "Temporarily Revert "Add basic loop fusion pass.""Eric Christopher2019-04-171-0/+288
| | | | | | | | The reversion apparently deleted the test/Transforms directory. Will be re-reverting again. llvm-svn: 358552
* Temporarily Revert "Add basic loop fusion pass."Eric Christopher2019-04-171-288/+0
| | | | | | | | As it's causing some bot failures (and per request from kbarton). This reverts commit r358543/ab70da07286e618016e78247e4a24fcb84077fda. llvm-svn: 358546
* [EH] Keep filter clauses for types that have been caught.Andrew Kaylor2015-11-171-4/+7
| | | | | | | | The instruction combiner previously removed types from filter clauses in Landing Pad instructions if the type had previously been seen in a catch clause. This is incorrect and prevents unexpected exception handlers from rethrowing the caught type. Differential Revision: http://reviews.llvm.org/D14669 llvm-svn: 253370
* Move the personality function from LandingPadInst to FunctionDavid Majnemer2015-06-171-25/+25
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The personality routine currently lives in the LandingPadInst. This isn't desirable because: - All LandingPadInsts in the same function must have the same personality routine. This means that each LandingPadInst beyond the first has an operand which produces no additional information. - There is ongoing work to introduce EH IR constructs other than LandingPadInst. Moving the personality routine off of any one particular Instruction and onto the parent function seems a lot better than have N different places a personality function can sneak onto an exceptional function. Differential Revision: http://reviews.llvm.org/D10429 llvm-svn: 239940

catch or repeated filter clauses. Teach instcombine a bunch of tricks for simplifying landingpad clauses. Currently the code only recognizes the GNU C++ and Ada personality functions, but that doesn't stop it doing a bunch of "generic" transforms which are hopefully fine for any real-world personality function. If these "generic" transforms turn out not to be generic, they can always be conditioned on the personality function. Probably someone should add the ObjC++ personality function. I didn't as I don't know anything about it. llvm-svn: 140852
