load instruction
Essentially the same as the GEP change in r230786.
A similar migration script can be used to update test cases, though a few more
test case improvements/changes were required this time around: (r229269-r229278)
import fileinput
import sys
import re
pat = re.compile(r"((?:=|:|^)\s*load (?:atomic )?(?:volatile )?(.*?))(| addrspace\(\d+\) *)\*($| *(?:%|@|null|undef|blockaddress|getelementptr|addrspacecast|bitcast|inttoptr|\[\[[a-zA-Z]|\{\{).*$)")
for line in sys.stdin:
sys.stdout.write(re.sub(pat, r"\1, \2\3*\4", line))

This changes the tests that were targeting ARM EABI to explicitly specify the
environment rather than relying on the default. This breaks with the new
Windows on ARM support when running the tests on Windows where the default
environment is no longer EABI.
Take the opportunity to avoid a pointless redirect (helps when trying to debug
with providing a command line invocation which can be copy and pasted) and
removing a few greps in favour of FileCheck.

Clang is now generating cleaner IR, so this removes the old variants which
should be completely unused.

These instructions aren't particularly complicated and it's well worth having
patterns for some reasonably useful LLVM IR that will match them. Soon we
should be able to switch Clang over to producing this natural version.

This reverts r170694. The operations can be represented in IR without
adding any new intrinsics.
