values according to the divergence.'
Detailed description:
After https://reviews.llvm.org/D59990 submit several issues were discovered.
Changes in common code were preserved but AMDGPU specific part was reverted to keep the backend working correctly.
Discovered issues were addressed in the following commits:
https://reviews.llvm.org/D67662
https://reviews.llvm.org/D67101
https://reviews.llvm.org/D63953
https://reviews.llvm.org/D63731
This change brings back AMDGPU specific changes.

"Divergence driven ISel. Assign register class for cross block values
according to the divergence."
that discovered the design flaw leading to several issues that
required to be solved before.
This change reverts AMDGPU specific changes and keeps common part
unaffected.

values according to the divergence.
Details: To make instruction selection really divergence driven it is necessary to assign
the correct register classes to the cross block values beforehand. For the divergent targets
same value type requires different register classes dependent on the value divergence.

This commit was reverted because of the build failure.
The reason was mlformed patch.
Build failure fixed.

Immediates can be folded as long as the immediate is a vreg.
Also undo commuting instructions if it didn't fold an immediate.

Currently the default C calling convention functions are treated
the same as compute kernels. Make this explicit so the default
calling convention can be changed to a non-kernel.
Converted with perl -pi -e 's/define void/define amdgpu_kernel void/'
on the relevant test directories (and undoing in one place that actually
wanted a non-kernel).

clang already emits this with -cl-no-signed-zeros, but codegen
doesn't do anything with it. Treat it like the other fast math
attributes, and change one place to use it.

Summary:
Multi-dword constant loads generated unnecessary moves from SGPRs into VGPRs,
increasing the code size and VGPR pressure. These moves are now folded away.
Note that this lack of operand folding was not a problem for VMEM loads,
because COPY nodes from VReg_Nnn to VGPR32 are eliminated by the register
coalescer.
Some tests are updated, note that the fsub.ll test explicitly checks that
the move is elided.
With the IR generated by current Mesa, the changes are obviously relatively
minor:
7063 shaders in 3531 tests

VGPRS: 199984 -> 200732 (0.37 %)
