* [Object] Add tapi files to objectCyndy Ishida2019-08-211-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Summary: The intention for this is to allow reading and printing symbols out from llvm-nm. Tapi file, and Tapi universal follow a similiar format to their respective MachO Object format. The tests are dependent on llvm-nm processing tbd files which is why its in D66160 Reviewers: ributzka, steven_wu, lhames Reviewed By: ributzka, lhames Subscribers: mgorny, hiraditya, dexonsmith, llvm-commits Tags: #llvm Differential Revision: https://reviews.llvm.org/D66159 llvm-svn: 369600
* Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepoChandler Carruth2019-01-191-4/+3

We checked this carefully with the Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach. Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and repository. llvm-svn: 351636
* Move Object format code to lib/BinaryFormat.Zachary Turner2017-06-071-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | This creates a new library called BinaryFormat that has all of the headers from llvm/Support containing structure and layout definitions for various types of binary formats like dwarf, coff, elf, etc as well as the code for identifying a file from its magic. * Add support for inline asm symbols to IRObjectFile.Rafael Espindola2014-07-031-1/+1

* Invert the MC -> Object dependency.Rafael Espindola2014-07-031-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | Now that we have a lib/MC/MCAnalysis, the dependency was there just because of two helper classes. Move the two over to MC. This will allow IRObjectFile to parse inline assembly. llvm-svn: 212248

* Add a SymbolicFile interface between Binary and ObjectFile.Rafael Espindola2014-02-211-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | This interface allows IRObjectFile to be implemented without having dummy methods for all section and segment related methods. Both llvm-ar and llvm-nm are changed to use it. Unfortunately the mangler is still not plugged in since it requires some refactoring to make a Module hold a DataLayout. llvm-svn: 201881
