* Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepoChandler Carruth2019-01-191-4/+3

We checked this carefully with the Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach. Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and repository. llvm-svn: 351636

| | | | | | | | | | | The issue causing this to fail in certain configurations should be fixed. It was due to the fact that DIA apparently expects there to be a null string at ID 1 in the string table. I'm not sure why this is important but it seems to make a difference, so set it. llvm-svn: 328002

* [PDB] Support dumping injected sources via the DIA reader.Zachary Turner2018-03-131-0/+54
Injected sources are basically a way to add actual source file content to your PDB. Presumably you could use this for shipping your source code with your debug information, but in practice I can only find this being used for embedding natvis files inside of PDBs. In order to effectively test LLVM's natvis file injection, we need a way to dump the injected sources of a PDB in a way that is authoritative (i.e. based on Microsoft's understanding of the PDB format, and not LLVM's). To this end, I've added support for dumping injected sources via DIA. I made a PDB file that used the /natvis option to generate a test case.
