The second part of the test checks that std::terminate is called when a running
thread is move assigned to. Calling std::terminate prevents some of the destructors
to be called and ASAN fires on this.

If you're crazy enough to want this sort of thing, then add
-D_LIBCPP_HAS_NO_THREADS to your CXXFLAGS and
--param=additiona_features=libcpp-has-no-threads to your lit commnad line.
