We checked this carefully with the Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach. Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers include that license only. | Summary: Fixes https://github.com/google/sanitizers/issues/788/, a deadlock caused by multiple crashes happening at the same time. Before printing a crash report, we now test and set an atomic flag. If the flag was already set, the crash handler returns immediately.
