	UnnecessaryValueParamCheck. Summary: This is the same kind of bug than [[ http://reviews.llvm.org/D18238 \| D18238 ]]. Fix crashes caused by deferencing null pointer when declarations parsing may be delayed. The body of the declarations may be null.
