Summary:
this maybe not ideal, but it is trivial and does fix the crash.
Fixes https://github.com/clangd/clangd/issues/156.

Summary:
LSP requires diagnostics to lay inside main file. In clangd we keep
diagnostics in three different cases:
- already in main file
- adjusted to a header included in main file
- has a note covering some range in main file
In the last case, we were not adjusting the diagnostics range to be in main
file, therefore these diagnostics ended up pointing some arbitrary locations.
This patch fixes that issue by adjusting the range of diagnostics to be the
first note inside main file when converting to LSP.

Summary:
Instead, emit a diagnostic and return an empty ASM node, as we do if the target
is missing.
Filter this diagnostic out in clangd, where it's not meaningful.

As discussed offline, something different from `EXPECT_EQ` should be
used to check if the container contains enough items before accessing
them so that other tests can still be run even if the assertion fails as
opposed to having `EXPECT_EQ` failing and then aborting the run due to
the errors caused by out-of-bounds memory access.

Summary:
Diagnostic locations were broken when it was result of a macro
expansion. This patch fixes it by using expansion location instead of location
inside macro body.

This much better reflects what is (now) in this header.
Maybe a rename to ParsedTU would be an improvement, but that's a much
more invasive change and life is too short.
ClangdUnit is dead, long live ClangdUnitTests!

Summary:
Computing lazily leads to crashes. In particular, computing scopes may
produce diagnostics (from inside template instantiations) and we
currently do it when processing another diagnostic, which leads to
crashes.
Moreover, we remember and access 'Scope*' when computing scopes. This
might lead to invalid memory access if the Scope is deleted by the time
we run the delayed computation. We did not actually construct an example
when this happens, though.
From the VCS and review history, it seems the optimization was
introduced in the initial version without a mention of any performance
benchmarks justifying the performance gains. This led me to a
conclusion that the optimization was premature, so removing it to avoid
crashes seems like the right trade-off at that point.

Summary:
Clang-tidy checks may emit duplicated messages (clang-tidy tool
deduplicate them in its custom diagnostic consumer), and we may show
multiple duplicated diagnostics in the UI, which is really bad.
This patch makes clangd do the deduplication, and revert the change
rL363889.

Summary:
We strip the "[clang-tidy-check]" suffix from the clang-tidy diagnostics, we
should be consistent with the message in FixIt (strip the suffix as well).

part of check-clang-tools.
Summary:
Motivation:
- this layout is a pain to work with
- without a common root, it's painful to express things like "disable clangd" (D61122)
- CMake/lit configs are a maintenance hazard, and the more the one-off hacks
for various tools are entangled, the more we see apathy and non-ownership.
This attempts to use the bare-minimum configuration needed (while still
supporting the difficult cases: windows, standalone clang build, dynamic libs).
In particular the lit.cfg.py and lit.site.cfg.py.in are merged into lit.cfg.in.
The logic in these files is now minimal.
(Much of clang-tools-extra's lit configs can probably be cleaned up by reusing
lit.llvm.llvm_config.use_clang(), and every llvm project does its own version of
LDPATH mangling. I haven't attempted to fix any of those).
Docs are still in clang-tools-extra/docs, I don't have any plans to touch those.
