[AST] Fix a bug in aliasesUnknownInst. Make sure we are comparing the unknown instructions in the alias set and the instruction interested in.
Summary: Make sure we are comparing the unknown instructions in the alias set and the instruction interested in. I believe this is clearly a bug (missed opportunity).
