[X86][AVX2] Prefer VPERMQ/VPERMPD over VINSERTI128/VINSERTF128 for unary shuffles
Using VPERMQ/VPERMPD allows memory folding of the (repeated) input where VINSERTI128/VINSERTF128 can not.
