Revert "[MSP430] Add MC layer"
This commit broke the module buildbots. Error: lib/Target/MSP430/MSP430GenAsmMatcher.inc:1027:1: error: redundant namespace 'llvm' [-Wmodules-import-nested-redundant] ^ llvm-svn: 346410
