Handle correctly a very ugly part of the C++ syntax. We cannot disambiguate between a parenthesized type-id and
a paren expression without considering the context past the parentheses.
Behold:
(T())x; - type-id
(T())*x; - type-id
(T())/x; - expression
(T()); - expression
