"There was a typo in my previous patch which leads to miscompilation of
strncat :(
strncat(foo, "bar", 99)
would be optimized to
memcpy(foo+strlen(foo), "bar", 100, 1)
instead of
memcpy(foo+strlen(foo), "bar", 4, 1)"
