LoopVectorize: support vectorizing intrinsic calls
- added function to VectorTargetTransformInfo to query cost of intrinsics - vectorize trivially vectorizable intrinsic calls such as sin, cos, log, etc. Reviewed by: Nadav llvm-svn: 169711
