llvm-exegesis: Fix unittests include dirs when llvm is a part of another project
When llvm is a part of another project (i.e. opencl),
CMAKE_SOURCE_DIR and CMAKE_BINARY_DIR are pointing to
the parent project, which lead to build failures.
