[libTooling] Small changes in Transformer API.
Summary:
* Rename `transformer::change` to `transformer::changeTo`, make `change` forward
to `changeTo` and mark it deprecated.
* Mark `transformer::text` and `transformer::selection` deprecated and migrate
references to them in tests.
