[mips] [IAS] Give expandLoadAddressSym() more specific arguments. NFC.
Summary:
If we only pass the necessary operands, we don't have to determine the position of the symbol operand when entering expandLoadAddressSym().
This simplifies the expandLoadAddressSym() code.
