-Refactored ARMTargetInfo in order to use the API of TargetParser
for extracting target specific information.
-Patches commit r241343: case 'armv7l' was unhandled in
ARMTargetInfo::getCPUAttr(), and thus it was returning invalid
characters for macro definition.
