[OPENMP 4.5] Parsing/sema support for 'omp taskloop simd' directive.
OpenMP 4.5 adds directive 'taskloop simd'. Patch adds parsing/sema analysis for 'taskloop simd' directive and its clauses. llvm-svn: 254597
