[ThreadSafetyAnalysis] Fix isCapabilityExpr
There are many more expr types that can be a capability expr, like
CXXThisExpr, CallExpr, MemberExpr. Instead of enumerating all of them,
just check typeHasCapability for any type given.
Also add & and * operators to allowed unary operators.
