[CodeComplete] Add a trailing semicolons to some pattern completions
Summary:
Where semicolon is required in any case. Here's a list of completions
that now have a semicolon:
- namespace <name> = <target>;
- using namespace <name>;
- using <qualifier>::<name>;
- continue;
- break;
- goto <label>;
- return;
- return <expression>;
