ARMRegsiterInfo: Define more ssub indexes; NFC
This doesn't really change anything as Tablegen would have inferred
those indices anyway; defining them gives us shorter names that are
easier to read while debugging (i.e. "ssub_4" rather than
"dsub2_then_ssub_0")
