Change VariadicOperatorMatcherInterface<> to take an ArrayRef<DynTypedMatcher>.
Summary:
Change VariadicOperatorMatcherInterface<> to take an ArrayRef<DynTypedMatcher>.
This simplifies its implementation and use.
Also reduces the number of symbols in Registry.cpp.o, which we are always in need.
