Remove DynCastMatcher, since it is pretty much the same as Matcher<T>::WrappedMatcher.
Summary:
Remove DynCastMatcher, since it is pretty much the same as Matcher<T>::WrappedMatcher.
This reduces the number of template instantiations and number of symbols in the object file.
