PR5207: Change APInt methods trunc(), sext(), zext(), sextOrTrunc() and
zextOrTrunc(), and APSInt methods extend(), extOrTrunc() and new method trunc(), to be const and to return a new value instead of modifying the object in place. llvm-svn: 121121
