[clang-tidy] Organized clang-tidy unit tests. NFC.
* Moved unit tests for BracesAroundStatementsCheck to ReadabilityModuleTest.cpp. * Moved EXPECT_NO_CHANGES macro to ClangTidyTest.h to avoid defining it three times. llvm-svn: 230947
