[LoopUnroll] Use LoopSize+1 as threshold, to allow unrolling loops matching LoopSize.
We use `< UP.Threshold` later on, so we should use LoopSize + 1, to
allow unrolling if the result won't exceed to loop size.
Fixes PR43305.
