bugfix: add -export-dynamic to Makefile linker flags
Add -export-dynamic to Makefile linker flags so that blob handlers can
access getBlobManager() when they're loaded.
Tested: The symbols are now exported, however, blob handlers still
cannot resolve blobs::getBlobManager().
