This patch fixes the build issue reported by autobuilder [0].
/home/naourr/work/instance-2/output/build/qt5webkit-5.9.1/Source/WebCore//.obj/platform/leveldb/LevelDBDatabase.o: In function
`WebCore::LevelDBDatabase::openInMemory(WebCore::LevelDBComparator const*)':
LevelDBDatabase.cpp.text._ZN7WebCore15LevelDBDatabase12openInMemoryEPKNS_17LevelDBComparatorE+0x34): undefined reference to `leveldb::NewMemEnv(leveldb::Env*)'
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
make[3]: *** [Makefile.api:97: ../lib/libQt5WebKit.so.5.9.1]
Error 1
The issue happens when both packages leveldb and qt5webkit are enabled.
QtWebKit builds its own copy of leveldb [1] (as a third-party) if the
system does not provided it (i.e. buildroot). It builds it differently
and this is the origin of that issue. Instead of using the Makefile
provided by leveldb [2], QtWebKit uses qmake to build that library [3].
The missing symbol issue happens because the symbol leveldb::NewMemEnv
is bundled in the static library libmemenv.a (aside libleveldb.so).
This static library consists of this single symbol which is like an
extra that is built but *NOT* shipped by default at installation in the
staging directory. Unfortunatly, that symbol is required later by
WebCore [4].
The copy built by QtWebKit is an all-in-one library including both
libleveldb and libmemenv; thus QtWebKit links against libleveldb only.
Also, the linker finds the buildroot's copy first (not the third-party):
that explains why it is complaining about a missing symbol. That copy
does not have the symbol leveldb::NewMemEnv.
Fortunatly, QtWebKit provides a facility to link against the system
leveldb package. The qmake flag WEBKIT_CONFIG+=use_system_leveldb tells
Qt5WebKit to link against libleveldb *AND* libmemenv [5].
To fix that issue, this commit selects the package leveldb that now
installs the libmemenv static library and its header. It ensures that
QtWebKit has everything it needs to be built. It also sets the
appropriate qmake configure flags to tell QtWebKit to use the leveldb
copy built by buildroot instead of the bundled one.

Since Qt 5.11, the headers are not installed anymore.
The issue comes from a update in qt5base [1] which is not backported to
qt5webkit because it is not officially supported anymore by Qt.
Fixes build issues with qt5webkit-examples that requires QtWebKit
headers:
In file included from main.cpp:42:
window.h:46:10: fatal error: QWebElement: No such file or directory
#include <QWebElement>

Adds WTF platform support for the 32-bits armv8-a architectures.
Fixes:
In file included from ./config.h:30:0,
from ...
./wtf/Platform.h:323:6: error: #error "Not supported ARM architecture"
# error "Not supported ARM architecture"
^~~~~
from this defconfig:

BR2_ARM_FPU_VFPV3D16=y
BR2_TOOLCHAIN_EXTERNAL=y
BR2_INIT_NONE=y
BR2_PACKAGE_QT5=y
BR2_PACKAGE_QT5WEBKIT=y
The patch is an adaptation of an upstream fix in version 5.212 of
qtwebkit[1].
Unfortunately, the commit cannot be backported and has to be fixed since
the toolchain does not define __ARM_ARCH_8__ but __ARM_ARCH_8A__.

The mesa's EGL/eglplatform.h header includes X11 headers unless the flag
MESA_EGL_NO_X11_HEADERS is defined[1].
A build issue happens when mesa3d is selected as then OpenGL EGL backend
but the XCB library is not selected.
This commit tells qmake to pass the cflag MESA_EGL_NO_X11_HEADERS to
make and prevent from including the missing X headers.
The issue QTBUG-66233 is opened in the Qt tracker[1].

This commit fixes the warnings reported by check-package on the help
text of all package Config.in files, related to the formatting of the
help text: should start with a tab, then 2 spaces, then at most 62
characters.
The vast majority of warnings fixed were caused by too long lines. A
few warnings were related to spaces being used instead of a tab to
indent the help text.

Commit 06a4975d4bd03 (qt5: bump LTS version to 5.6.3) added an empty hash
for the 5.6.3 variant of qt5webkit, causing failures.
It also forgot to adjust the download URL as the qt5webkit tarballs are no
longer available under official_releases/ like the other submodules, but only
under community_releases/.
Fix both issues.

Qt 5.9 is a Long Term Support version [1]. Some license file changes are
involved, a new dependency on pcre2, and some filename changes. qt5webkit
popped back into the picture for 5.9.1 after being absent for 5.9.0
"officially." QT5_SNAPSHOTS_SITE is removed with this commit as it is not used
for qtwebkit anymore.
This removes the following patches that have been upstreamed for 5.9.1:
- qt5base/5.8.0/0001-fix-parallel-builds-with-qt-freetype-system-libpng.patch [2]
- qt5base/5.8.0/0002-fix-VNC-platform-plugin-build-on-big-endian-machines.patch [3]
- qt5base/5.8.0/0003-QAtomic-pass-explicit-failure-mode-to-std-atomic-com.patch [4]
- qt5base/5.8.0/0003-eglfs-fix-x11-header-related-compile-failure.patch [5]
- qt5base/5.8.0/0004-examples-fix-compile-without-gui-module.patch [6]
- qt5webkit/0003-Exclude-backtrace-API-for-non-glibc-libraries.patch [7]
The qt5webkit patches no longer apply to both the LTS and latest
version, so they are moved to per-version directories.

For 5.8.0
- add hashes
- qt5 need C++11 compliant compiler since 5.7 ([1])
- use different licenses: since version 5.7 Qt removed the LGPL v2.1 option in favor
of v3 with a different exception
- qt5base: renamed library to EglFSDeviceIntegration ([2])
- qt5base: remove ras-pi patch, commit c0cc5052097c723d0331a7619d686af9eb93d33c fix it ([3])
- qt5base: remove 0007-eglfs-fix-eglfs_mali-compile-for-odroid-mali.patch (upstream committed [3b])
- qt5base: remove obsolete config-option -large ([4])
- qt5base: gstreamer support fully moved to qt5multimedia, so gstreamer
related options are no longer passed ([5])
- add patch for python-pyqt5 to fix the build with Qt 5.8
- add tweak in libv4l to fix the build with Qt 5.8, originally provided
by Peter Seiderer

[Thomas:
- tweak commit log about GStreamer related changes, suggested by Arnout
- move the gcc 4.8 dependency from the main qt5 option to just the
qt5.8 selection, so that qt5.6 can still be built if gcc < 4.8 is
used. Noticed by Arnout.
- rename the options of the version selection to not include the
version number itself so that we don't have to keep legacy
symbols. Noticed by Arnout.
- introduce changes to qt5quickcontrols2.mk needed to handle qt5.6
vs. qt5.8, borrowed from a later patch in the series.
- add patch for python-pyqt5 to fix the build with Qt 5.8.
- add fix to libv4l.mk from Peter Seiderer to fix the build with Qt
5.8.
- renumber patches for 5.6.2, suggested by Arnout.]

Instead of messing with git we can get tarballs of obsolete but still
existing Qt5 submodules as we used to but from a bit different
location.
It turned out Qt people still create packages for obsolete submodules
for so-called "unofficial builds", see [1].

This commit fixes an issue introduced in commit
ac16793eaaabfced0312420759e3a66cdaa1ea8e. This commit creates a link
$(@D)/bin/python pointing to the host Python 2, and adds $(@D)/bin/ to
the PATH. However, the QT5WEBKIT_INSTALL_TARGET_CMDS variable copies the
contents of $(@D)/bin/ to the target filesystem, in order to install
binaries produced by the qt5webkit build. By doing this, we overwrite
the 'python' symbolic link on the target.
In order to fix this, we simply create the 'python' symbolic link used
to trick qt5webkit to use python2 on the host in the $(@D)/host-bin/
sub-directory.

The Qt5Webkit build system hard-codes calls to 'python', but only really
supports python2.
We fix that similarly as we did in nodejs, by adding a python->python2
symlink early in the PATH when configuring/building Qt5Webkit, and
adding host-python in the dependency list.

Although this package has been removed from the official release
packages since Qt5.6.0, it is still available for users to build
it from source. This is useful for platforms without GPU since its
successor (QtWebEngine) requires OpenGL support.
The package now matches the community-based meta-qt5 Yocto layer,
using the exact same revision of the qtwebkit source from github:
https://github.com/meta-qt5/meta-qt5/commit/e434995a
Here is the project source tree:
https://github.com/qtproject/qtwebkit
All the patches have been pulled from Yocto as well.
Since we are now using the source from the git repository, we need
to create an empty .git/ folder to force the headers re-generation.

Note that GPLv3 license option has been added with this release.

The BR2_ARCH_HAS_ATOMICS was added because on ARC, atomic instructions
may not be provided by the architecture and therefore the compiler
does not provide the __sync_*() built-ins.
However, since then, icu was changed and is now able to use C++11
atomics, or even no atomic operations at all. In fact, icu will:
* If possible, it will use C++11 atomics, which internally rely on
the __atomic built-ins. These are available since gcc 4.7, and all
architectures provide it. On some architectures, you *must* link
with libatomic, on some other architectures, they are available
built-in, but in all cases, linking against libatomic does not
harm. Thanks to this, even ARC with no atomic support (which was
the original reason for adding the BR2_ARCH_HAS_ATOMICS) dependency
builds fine, provided -latomic is added to LIBS.
* If C++11 atomics are not available, then it falls back to
__sync_*() built-ins, which allows compilers older than 4.7 to be
supported.
* If really no atomic mechanism is available, then it falls back to a
basic implementation based on a mutex.
Conclusion:
- The BR2_ARCH_HAS_ATOMICS dependency is no longer needed.
- We need to link with -latomic when gcc >= 4.7 is used.
Note that reverse dependencies of icu are also changed accordingly.

Since a while, the semantic of BR2_PREFER_STATIC_LIB has been changed
from "prefer static libraries when possible" to "use only static
libraries". The former semantic didn't make much sense, since the user
had absolutely no control/idea of which package would use static
libraries, and which packages would not. Therefore, for quite some
time, we have been starting to enforce that BR2_PREFER_STATIC_LIB
should really build everything with static libraries.
As a consequence, this patch renames BR2_PREFER_STATIC_LIB to
BR2_STATIC_LIBS, and adjust the Config.in option accordingly.
This also helps preparing the addition of other options to select
shared, shared+static or just static.
Note that we have verified that this commit can be reproduced by
simply doing a global rename of BR2_PREFER_STATIC_LIB to
BR2_STATIC_LIBS plus adding BR2_PREFER_STATIC_LIB to Config.in.legacy.
