configs/qemu: enable tmpfs for microblaze
Otherwise the tmpfs-backed filesystems fail:
mount: mounting tmpfs on /dev/shm failed: Invalid argument
mount: mounting tmpfs on /tmp failed: Invalid argument
mount: mounting tmpfs on /run failed: Invalid argument
