mysql_client: security bump to version 5.1.62
Fixes CVE-2012-0583, CVE-2012-1688, CVE-2012-1690, CVE-2012-1696,
CVE-2012-1697, CVE-2012-1703.
Switched to skysql mirror since Oracle no longer maintains the 5.1
branch.
